Chapter 3

On the other side of town -- Acraborn is a town of underestimated population and compendious design -- lies the airport, the veritable air-sky gateway to and from places near and far. This was an airport like many others, divided kindly between commercial and pleasure travelers.

The skies of Acraborn are always friendly -- blue and clear, with scattered clouds and gusts never too harsh for the planes.

Children of the town often gather along the edge of the field to gaze and admire the pilots in between baseball innings.
